MISSION STATEMENT
We at BACCN East Midlands aim to facilitate a friendly and welcoming forum where critical care personnel can share and promote innovative best practice through education, networking and debate
The current BACCN EM committee has been active for a few years now and during this time has run 4 successful study events . Our next is planned for October 11th 2010, and will explore End of Life Issues in ICU - please see the events page.
We recently ran a wordsearch competition with the winner receiving a paid for place at this years annual conference in Southport. Congratulations go to Sister Karen Greatorex, ICU RDH.
Please please continue to support your region. Our events will only be successful with it. Let us know what you want us to put on and then show your support by booking your place in good time. Thankyou.
Our committee members are actively seeking new members and are out and about at an event near you to promote the BACCN with the BACCN display board. Look out for us and come and say hello. We currently have approx 160 members - we are looking to swell our numbers during 2009/10.
