BACCN – change to benchmark announcement for newsletter
We would like to announce to you that a decision has been taken to appoint Benchmark Communications as the BACCN Secretariat. We hope that this change will help us to provide the best possible service to our members.
Benchmark began in their new role on 1st July 2008 and the transfer of the BACCN office from Eastleigh to their offices in Newcastle is now complete.
As a result of this change there will be a few minor differences. Firstly there is a new address which is on our website. Our Eastleigh office has now been officially closed, although any mail sent to this address will be forwarded to the Benchmark offices in Newcastle, but there may be delays. The telephone number remain as 0844 800 8843. Email queries should still be sent to baccn@baccn.org. Staff answering these numbers will always answer it as BACCN
The 0844 800 8843 number will be the correct contact for the vast majority of enquiries, including membership queries, so please do not hesitate to contact the team in Newcastle if you need any assistance on any issues.
For those of you who do not know Benchmark well, they have been successfully organising our National Conference since 2006.
We are sure that Benchmark will continue to deliver exemplary results in their new role and hope that you will welcome them to the BACCN.
